Perfectly clean and well stocked with perfect views
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is one of the best we have stayed in. The condo was spotless, and so spacious that our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Beds are comfortable. We love the community, very quiet and easy access to the beach. Pickleball and tennis on site is a big plus for us. The end unit added to the amazing views. The elevators were quick and reliable. Nice pool area. We'll certainly be back.

Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great experience at Hidden Dunes! The gated community was really nice and in a convenient area. My group of teenagers were able to walk down the road for pizza and up the beach to a beach side restaurant for lunch. They also used the pickle ball courts.
The condo was just as advertised with the exception of the number of people it could accommodate. The listing says 8 but there is also a pull out couch and two cots available allowing for four more people. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know. The teenagers and I found the mattresses super comfortable but they were a little too soft for my husband.
I love that a set of beach chairs and umbrella was included! The beach chair service guys were helpful and accommodating. They place the chairs so that everyone has a view of the water instead of stacking them in rows.
Overall, I highly recommend this condo!

Thank you for your review. We're so glad you enjoyed the condo and Hidden Dunes! Although the rental can technically house more people, the HOA is strict on the occupancy per unit. Having the extra bedding allows the 8 people permitted additional sleeping options. We look forward to hosting you on your next Destin Vacation with Newman-Dailey!

Great Spot, Better Views
Publié le 7 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family really enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes. My wife and I and our 3 kids (10, 9, 3) had plenty of room. Parking and elevators were very easy, the view from the condo is fantastic. The light switches are a bit challenging figuring out what controls what, but other than that - stay was perfect. Condo came w two chairs and the guys helping were great. Will certainly come back!

Overall nice
Publié le 24 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the property and had a great visit. The only complaint was the elevator situation where only one was working for quite a while with apparently a packed house. We would definitely go back again.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Hidden Dunes! The Hidden Dunes HOA did have both elevators replaced causing one to be shut down at a time. Since your stay, both have been completed and are up and running!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The property manager was very nice and accommodating.

Nice place-poor elevator system and constant power outages
Publié le 28 juill. 2020 sur HomeAway3 nights with half electricity, only one elevator when the power was back on and long waits to get on and off and heard the people leaving as we came in said it was out all week prior. Not fun on the 9th floor to walk up and down, especially when loading luggage. The rooms were clean and decorated pretty and we were on the beach and I’m not knocking the rooms just the buildings ability to function. If I owned the condo I’d be on the people who handle the upkeep of the building.

Thank you for taking time to let us know about your stay at Hidden Dunes. We were happy to see that you found Hidden Dunes Condo 0906 to be clean and pretty with a fantastic view of the beach. We are so sorry that your vacation was plagued with problems that we could not prevent or correct for you. The power outage was a widespread outage in our area because of a lightening strike that took out a power grid. We are so sorry that it happened during your stay, but fortunately our local power company was able to get everything back up and running. We hope this will not prevent you from letting us host you again at the Beach.

Our week at Hidden Dunes
Publié le 23 juill. 2019 sur HomeAwayThe accommodations were great. Access to the unit was just a few steps from the elevators and parking. Since it was an end unit chairs and beach toys outside were not in the way.
Concierge beach service was very nice.
The pool was awesome!
