Beach Manor 701 at Tops'l | 2 Bed, 2 Bath

Tops'l Beach Manor Unit 701 has recently been updated including new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and new bedroom floors.   The living area has amazing views of the Gulf and Topsail Nature Preserve.   The sectional sofa provides plenty of seating for you and your family to enjoy the flat screen TV.  The master bedroom also has great views, a comfortable king size bed, and en suite bathroom.  The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hall bathroom.    Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV.   The kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your cooking needs and features both a standard drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.   The dining area has seating for six with two additional bar seats.   Enjoy free wifi and cable.

Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is located close to some of the area’s best attractions and activities.  You will be within minutes of great shopping, dining, and entertainment at Grand Boulevard, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Sandestin's Village of Baytowne Wharf.   If you are looking for fine dining, enjoy the Ocean Club located onsite or venture over to Vintij, Bistro Bijoux, or Emeril's Coastal. Tops’l is located in the center of everything with Destin just to the west and 30A just to the east!

Beach Manor 701 guests do not have access to the tennis or pickleball courts. They have access to the Beach Manor fitness center and the following activites at the Tides building: basketball courts and shuffleboard.

A 25% deposit of the total rate holds the unit for you and is applied toward your rental fee. Add $140 for housekeeping and 12% for tax. There is a $69 damage protection fee, $30 booking fee and  2.90% convenience fee to process credit card payments.

Amazing views
My family and I have been going to Destin almost every year for over 25 years. This condo is by far our favorite. It is very nicely appointed and decorated. But the view…did I mention the view? It’s just amazing. Two walls of windows with the view of the beautiful water and nature preserve, it’s just perfect. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Loved the view of the ocean from this condo! All the updates & new appliances were nice! The only issue we had was the information given to us on how to access the gym, hot tub & pool were wrong. We were given an access code for all. We did not know we had to search for a key fob.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was perfect and the decor was modern and up to date. The beach wasn't too busy and we watched a pod of dolphins from the balcony and then ran to the beach to get a closer view! We would definitely stay here again!

Best Beach Manor has to offer!
We’ve stayed at three different Beach Manor at Tops’l units over the course of four years, and #701 was the best so far! The decor is lovely, the updated kitchen is well-stocked and functional (and I LOVED the pink cookware!) Everything was cleaner then I expected for a beach rental. The two balconies and different views was a great aspect of this corner unit. And listen—THE MASTER BED WAS HEAVEN, especially the pillows! I couldn’t even drag myself out of it for a morning beach walk. I inspected the pillows so that I can buy similar ones for home. Overall, this was a lovely stay, and I can’t recommend this particular unit highly enough.

Nice renovated corner unit with great views of the ocean! Had a very nice time and would come back. Highlights: - the view - unit feels modern, up to date, and well cared for - beach chairs and umbrellas are provided - had no issues using the facilities, sitting where we wanted on the beach, etc. - washer dryer is huge and very convenient to have - covered parking on the ground floor of the building Minor critiques: - Owner asks for AC not to be set below 71, which didn’t always do an adequate job in the living room where there’s a lot of sunlight. The temp sensor is in a naturally cooler part of the unit. - Can stream Netflix in bedroom but couldn’t figure it out in the living room

Property was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Will definitely stay here again! So relaxing and quiet, tucked back in the corner. The view is out of this world! You can even hear the crashing of the waves from the beach. Highly recommend!!

Our family had a wonderful time. The property was very nice and the check-in process was very simple. The only thing we would've enjoyed more was larger beds in the extra bedroom, which has two twin beds. The unit was updated very nicely and clean.

We’ve stayed at Tops’l several times over the years. The resort itself is definitely feeling older with some wear & tear but that’s expected and nothing to keep us from returning. Condo was beautiful! Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, big windows, and 2 balconies. We really enjoyed the view from the living room especially on the day we were stuck inside all day due to severe weather—it was relaxing watching the storms roll through from the comfy couch. Easy access to beach/pools as well as the resort sidewalks where I enjoyed taking morning walks. The only minor issue was—as a previous reviewer stated—the appliances acted a bit funky. Something beeped from the kitchen regularly and the microwave vent turned on by itself one night (freaked us out a bit lol). However, we never reached out to the owners since we were there a short time and it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. I’m sure they would have responded rapidly according to other reviews. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would choose this condo again!

Excellent location!
Older building but the unit is clean & newly remodeled. The gated community is VERY well maintained, safe and convenient to everything! Plenty to do for teens and adults. Just a short 90 second walk to the beach or watch the sunrise from your balcony with gorgeous views of the coast and nature preserve just next door. Will definitely return!

Great Beach Location Condo
We stayed 6 nights in this Condo. The location is great. Has nice coastal views from the balcony. But the pictures look better online then the actual Condo. Much smaller in person. This Condo is worn out from Summer. Lots of damage to the walls, broken towel bar in small bathroom. The Appliances that we never used during our week stay turn on all by themselves and beep and in the middle of the night also the fan on the microwave will turn on. The toilets run all the time. And the beds in both bedrooms are horrible. They are hard and squeak every time you move. With some fresh paint and new mattresses this would be a 5 star Condo. In its current condition I would rate it 3.5.
