I was charged 23$ US for resorts fees on top of what I already paid on Expedia. I was not expecting that.
Close to restaurants and Notre-Dame University.

Poor service since becoming Hilton vacation club
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel has changed since becoming a Hilton vacation club. They no longer include breakfast. We asked to have our beds made up and came home to a stack of sheets so apparently no room service. If you stayed here previously be prepared for less customer service.

Nicole, I do apologize for the misunderstanding on service. I checked our records, and our Front Desk Agent only put in that you wanted new sheets. We will provide room service anytime upon request. In reference to breakfast, breakfast is provided by a 3rd party Vendor. We do offer rates that include breakfast. Our Hotel no longer has a complimentary breakfast program. I appreciate your comments and hope if your travels bring you back to the area you will give us a chance to redeem your service issues.

After a long drive, it was nice to be able to relax in a nice 2 bedroom suite. My 91 year old mom was traveling with me and the rooms made it easy for someone with a walker to ger around. I would rate the place excellent on all counts!

Infrequently clean room
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was very nice. TV didn’t work initially, but they were able to fix it. We thought it was strange that they don’t clean your rooms But only if you stay more than four days, but we could get fresh towels when we needed them

The room was top notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We could not have ask for a better week’s stay.

The only complaint I have is a major one the shower/ bathtub didn’t properly drain so the tub filled with water as you showered and it was very gross leaving film & nastiness for the next person trying to shower in a shared suite
