Hotel charged a premium. Room smelled stale and ac units looked like it had a leak around it on the way. Mildew on the edges of it. No hooks in the bath room to hold towels.

Property is completely average. Lobby is badly in need of a refresh and the drive and parking lot need a repaving. The only thing that saves it from a lower rating is that the rooms are satisfactory, despite the bathrooms being tiny. Staff that is there is helpful and courteous, but they are woefully understaffed.

Some things that needed repair but not in our room just general repairs in the hallway and lobby (carpet cleaning and spackle around the HVAC units)

Horrible operation, no staff at front desk most times. Booked three rooms, one was burning smoke from dust. Staff suggested to change batteries in remote. Floor rotten in same room.
Public housing from what I saw. One live in had a gas mask on outside entrance with a fake AK 47 which is sad and laughable.
Book elsewhere, they shouldn’t be part of any hotel chain.

Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsRoom smelled bad and was very hot. Improved when air was out on for awhile. Back door lock was broken to enter. Somewhat clean room halls and facility was very worn with scratches on floor and some tiles broken.

Lobby was very worn down. No elevator to get to the second floor. Room was okay but the bathroom toilet looked like it had not been cleaned.
