For your convenience, the space is professionally cleaned and is situated on the ground floor, making it accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for relaxation and a wide-screen TV to enjoy your favourite shows. The space is warm and inviting, filled with natural sunlight that brightens the room.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an electric hob, microwave, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.

The bedroom is a cozy retreat with a double bed, hangers, and storage space for your belongings. It is complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the essentials to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The neighbourhood is close to some of the city's top attractions, such as Bioparc Valencia and Serranos Towers. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options nearby, including Turangalila and Lolitos tapas y mas. With its great location, this address is the perfect base for exploring the area and all it offers.

This property is conveniently situated just a 2-minute walk from Mislata station and a 10-minute walk from Mislata-Almassil station.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
