Publié le 18 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayL appartement refait à neuf est très agréable, spacieux et lumineux. Il se situe dans une petite rue calme à une minute du métro: très pratique !
On a loué un garage à 2mn à pied: absolument nécessaire si vous venez en voiture car les places sont réduites dans le quartier.
Attention cependant, dans une des salle de bains , la douche est inaccessible.De plus, l escalier qui mène à l appartement ( 1 er étage) est très raide et étroit: on ne s en rend pas compte dans l annonce.

Modern spacious apartment
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for 2 weeks and were very pleased with this property. It had everything we needed for preparing our own meals and was very close to a great market. The apartment was very clean and well kept and the outdoor space was lovely. Susanna was very helpful and responded to any questions we had in a prompt manner.
The only issue was the staircase is narrow and made it hard to get luggage in and out. But that was only a minor inconvenience and we would definitely recommend this property

Amazing apartment

Spacious apartment and outside balcony
Publié le 25 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayParking is Street Parking & very difficult to find an open parking spot. It is not an amenity of the rental as advertised when I rented. I believe that has now been corrected.
Main bedroom and closet very nice. Bathroom shower very small. Bunk room is adequate. Spare bathroom is nice size. Kitchen is lovely but ask for confirmation on how the stove top works. Sitting area and dining room are spacious. Outside area is very nice and washer & dryer available. Close to Metro and we enjoyed pizza options during our stay.

Beautiful appartment in Valencia

The location is perfect: next to the subway with direct connections to the airport, the old city center and the beaches. Restaurants, shops and the Mercadona are within walking distance, but the appartment itself is very quiet. The kitchen is good with all appliances (and a Nespresso !). Beautifully decorated with 2 sofas and a 65inch TV-screen; 2 bedrooms with good Beds and 2 bathrooms with a good shower. The patio is just lovely with the palmtrees and ideal for breakfast and a late-night drink (at least in the summer). Susana, the owner, had a lot of great tips for Valencia and was flexible with check-in/out

Clean, spacious apartment

We had a rental car and Susana offered (for a fee) to park our car at a local garage which we were very glad we did. Limited street parking. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable for my family and I. If you plan to cook at the apartment, keep in mind there is no working dishwasher but all other amenities worked fine. We really enjoyed our stay here! Close to metro station to go into the city also

Publié le 9 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayHemos estado 4 días en Valencia y la estancia en la casa ha sido genial, está muy bien situada con una parada de metro al lado que te lleva al centro en 10 minutos. La casa está decorada con mucho gusto y es muy acogedora, solo puedo decir que si volvemos repetiremos sin duda. Tal y como aparece en las fotos. Los anfitriones han sido muy amables y han estado muy pendientes para que estuviéramos agusto. Solo puedo decir, muchas gracias por todo. Han sido unos días geniales.
