Bubbly and helpful Desk Person. Comfortable bed. Provided a blanket for my dog's comfort. No tissues. Unusual that TP unrolls down the wall. Parking availability limited. Heater/AC very loud so that TV is drowned out.

This is an extremely basic motel. We were upstairs and there is no elevator. No coffee maker in the room, but instant coffee provided. It was quiet and easy to walk from for dinner.

Definitely in the heart of downtown Missoula. Bed is comfortable. It would be nice to update the bathroom and AC unit. You have to step on something like a chair to turn on the AC, it needs a remote control or something. Really a basic motel to sleep in.

Its was such a great stay for us. We were there dropping our daughter off for college. We had a very nice room and we needed to get in early and they accommodated us.
