Worn property with outdated features. TV didn't work and while the bed was comfortable the rest needs updating for the price. Breakfast room was poorly attended. Garbage overflow 30 minutes after start of breakfast, no coffee or waffle batter. Handle on water dispenser broken. Sorry but it was not a good experience. Obviously they need more staff.

While the staff was friendly and helpful. The place is run-down and could use updating and refreshing.

Acceptable, but slightly dilapidated.
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was one of the few places available for under $200/night last minute in Missoula. The service was good. The hotel and rooms are just a little run down. Hotel in general smelled a little funky. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Fixtures were a little worn down. I had a pet, and chose pet friendly when filtering and paying through hotels.com When I checked in they said they would need to add an amount for the pet, which I didn’t expect. That was a little disappointing. Overall price was OK considering last minute and Missoula which is kind of overpriced to begin with. I was just hoping to get a little more value for.

The maintenance was amazing they kept trying to fix all the things wrong with this hotel. But i will never stay there and i will never recommend
