Great facility. I was surprised by the $10.00 parking fee. Otherwise, it was great

The hot tub had WAY TOO MUCH chlorine in it, it was yellowish green from too many chemicals. We were charged $10 US per day for parking even though we were staying at the hotel and not parking and flying out. We paid over $350 per night and were still charged an extra $10 per day for parking which is ridiculous

Hello Patrice! I am so sorry that you didn't have a better experience. While I will certainly look into the hot tub records, please know that too much chlorine was not an issue. We don't use chlorine in our hot tub. Additionally, I understand your perspective that the parking fee is unnecessary or other steps could have been taken. While parking charges in Montana are not widespread, they are definitely on the rise. I believe we are the 8th property in town to implement such a fee. Please know that our rate structure and fees are always thoughtfully considered based on our occupancy (which is essentially full all the time), the market demands, and industry trends. I do believe that the parking fee is undoubtedly here to stay, and it is my sincere hope that we provide you a strong enough value to make continuing to stay with us worth it.

I enjoyed the kiddie water park. I reserved a king bed and received two queen beds.

Hello Darcy!I am glad you guys enjoyed the waterpark and our kiddie pool! I am sorry that we didn't have a king sized bed available for you. Many people don't realize that reservations booked through third parties are received as run-of-house, with a request for a specific room type. Which means a particular kind of room is requested, but any room of equal or greater accommodation can be substituted. I hope you found our new queen beds to be comfortable. Next time around fingers crossed that we can put you in one of our extra room king beds!
