Publié le 25 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed 4 nights while I had to attend a conference in town. It is just as described in the listing and the reviews are spot on. It was a 10 minute drive to the conference, but allowed us peace and quiet in a wonderful setting. We would absolutely stay there again and it will be our “go to” for future visits to Missoula.

Perfect place for a few days stay
Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved staying here. The bed was great, the place was very clean and Roxy was there when we arrived. She walked us through the unit showing us where things were. The only thing missing is a toaster.

Visit old friends
Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was most enjoyable. The only thing (and this is only because I traveled with a friend who has problems with steps) is that the unit is in a walk-out basement and to get down is difficult for someone with limited mobility.

Affordable and clean

Beautiful, clean place, however..
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall we had a decent stay. The place was clean, well stocked, well located, and easy to find. However, this unit does not have temperature control. The owners living upstairs control the AC and turn it on and off as they want. Well, when its 100° outside and the AC gets turned off at 9pm, it makes for a very hot night, no matter how long it was running during the day. So if you like to stay cool and control your own temperature I would recommend finding somewhere else..
Also, the shower, despite having good pressure, is very small and if you're over 150lbs it's pretty tight.
The door is also very hard to lock from the outside. I was only able to lock it once the entire time we were there.

Hi! Sorry you had problems. The funny thing is our very next visitor asked for extra blankets because it was chilly at night! I suggested he could turn on the fireplace and close the AC vents! I used a thermometer for 4 days following your message after leaving and even with temperatures breaking records over 100 for Missoula, the temperature was between 68 and 72 in the unit. It stays that way year around unless adjusting the vents or fireplace. No one has ever complained prior about the unit being too warm but it was unusually hot for Missoula! We have an alternative chain lock on the door for people who find the Pella lock awkward The Pella lock which requires one to lift the handle while locking. I prefer to do a walk-through with people on their arrival to explain the systems and am sorry that you were unavailable to do so as I find things go much smoother. Thank you for the comments. We are planning to install an oversized shower as our next update even prior to your comment
