A stop at Missoula

Located in the commercial area, 10 minutes from downtown Missoula, it is a very convenient and very well manage place for a stay. Missoula deserve a stop on your way.

Pool under renovation. No free breakfast cause we booked with Expedia. Beds were old pillows old Front desk employees could be a bit more friendly and acknowledge guests. Fans were being used for air circulation. At the end of the day...not Hilton quality in my opinion. One bright star was the charming gray haired employee at breakfast! She went above and beyond to accomodate her guests !

Bad housekeeping

We had horrible housekeeping when we arrived, therewasvisible dirt on light switches and mirrors and counters. A person that wasnt even a housekeeper rcame and cleaned the room Two days layer we were supposed to have room service. The only things that were done was garbage cans were emptied and we were given clean towels and the housekeeper took the $5 tip we hadleft. When i went down to the front desk the manager said housekeeping would come right up. Again they sent the same wonderful man that changed the beds ans cleaned the room whle we went to dinner. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. I hope we willbe reimbursed well, as we paid over $300 a night

Bathroom has no fan, musty smelling and mold on the shower curtain. Booked thru Expedia so hotel was unable to offer a discount. Room was overpriced.
