It could use some updating but it wasn’t terrible. Our air conditioner didn’t work well. It would kick on and off about every 3 minutes which made sleeping difficult. The hotel was musty smelling. Remedy that And it could be 5 star

A favorite stop

Always a convenient place to stay on our annual road trip from MD to MT. Very good breakfast choices. The Devore is fun.

I was on the first floor and the outside access door would not lock, there was toilet paper floating in my toilet when I checked in.. the carpeting in the room was tore up.. there was mold on the shower curtain and surrounding the bathtub.. the sink was all busted up

alarm wake-up

The place was nice, stylishly more of a log cabin feel. Everything was fine until the smoke alarms went off at about 3:15 AM, and then again about an hour later. At that point, we couldn't return to sleep, so we just packed up and left. Not sure what the issue was, but there was no apologies upon our departure.

We arrived very late to our hotel room. When we arrived it was about 12:30 at night and as we went to open the back door my son was able to just open the door without a key so anyone was able to get in the hotel. We get in our room and it was completely run down. 2 queen beds and a tiny hide away couch that had absolutely no sheets, no blankets, and 1 pillow… thank god we had our own blankets. There were crumbs and dirt all over the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. The window had been left open which was kind of weird. And the best part of all….. was when we woke up and I noticed what looked like mouse dropping under the blankets that my children and I just laid under all night. SMH… completely disgusted… would not recommend anyone to stay here.
