Bed was uncomfortable. Paid for 2 queen size beds, but felt like they were smaller than a queen. Walls are thin and could hear people walking and talking while trying to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Pool and hot tub were nice.

A great place to stay!

We had a great stay! The front desk attendant, Nyla, was awesome, very friendly. She gave us an upgrade at no additional cost. We thought she was joking, but were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of options. We would definitely stay here again.

I was traveling after a long day on the road. I checked availability of the hotels when it was time to stop. I found the Quality Inn and went in to book a room. When I quoted the price I saw on line, the desk clerk told me he couldn't give me that and if I wanted that I should just go and book it. He was rude and insensitive to me a a traveler. I went outside on the same site that I found the room. I clicked on it and went back inside. Instead of booking me at the Oacoma property, it booked me 44 miles east in Chamberlain (I was heading west) The hotel person could not do anything about it and was rude once again. I went across the street to Howard Johnson, told them what had happened and was greeted in a way that helped me forget the rudeness of the Quality inn. I understand that I should have checked the city, but am so confused why it booked me in a hotel far away when I was still on the site that found the hotel in Oacoma. I will not be using Hotel.com ever again (I had to eat the $100+ booking). I asked if we could transfer it form the Mitchell hotel. . .Firm NO. I will never understand how it switched me to a property that wasn't Oacoma. This is not how I hoped to b e treated. First by the reception in Oacoma and then by how Hotel.com switched cities
