Rundown hotel situated on loud square

Contre : The surroundings of the hotel are very loud and there is no running hot water.
Emplacement : In the centre of Mityana at a square which is very loud on weekends.
The staff was barely aware of our arrival despite a reservation made weeks prior to our trip. There is no hot water so staff provided us with buckets with boiled water to shower. Toilets smelled badly and some were lacking a seat. The lighting is poor. On weekends the hotel is extremely loud as there is a public cinema in front of the hotel and there is music coming from every direction.
Overall the staff was helpful and the breakfast tasty. The beds were clean as well but the hotel as a whole was not satisfying.
