Got the job done

Hi Angie - We are sorry to see you weren't able to leave a full star review for your stay. We work really hard to make every stay great so we take feedback like this seriously. We will discuss with housekeeping doing a deep scrub on the showers. The rollaway beds were recently added by the owners of the property for their grandkids but are available for guests as well. These beds are not listed on the unit details but are currently just an extra option for guests if needed. We hope that you were able to enjoy Moab overall and the beauty it has to offer! Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayCondo was sufficient for 4 of us. A little outside of town, but view is nice. Unit definitely shows wear and tear. Our friends complained that the upsfairs beds were uncomfortable. Downstairs bed was comfy but hearing the water run through the pipes is annoying. Pots and pans are not the best and could use some sharp knives for cooking. Area is quiet and the pool area looked nice but we didnt use it.

Hi Carolyn - We are sorry to see that we weren't able to get a full star review for your stay. We work really hard to try to make every stay great and we take feedback such as this seriously. We will look into the wear and tear and try to fix the areas you mentioned. Regarding the water running through the pipes, we unfortunately would not be able to change that layout of the home without taking walls down and relocating the piping that builders put in the townhome. We have never received this feedback, so we are sorry to hear that it was annoying during your stay. We are happy to hear that the air was quiet and the pool area looked nice when viewing it. We hope you enjoyed your time in beautiful Moab overall and were able to take in all the amazing views!

Fantastic stay!
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family of four spent 3 nights in the condo as part of a trip to visit Utah's Mighty 5 National Parks. We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean, well-maintained, and an excellent choice for families. Though it's located a few miles south of town, we enjoyed being away from the busyness of Moab. Our kids (13 and 10) had a great time in the pool, and were grateful for all the space to spread out. We highly recommend this condo!

Great townhome
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location to Island in the Sky, The Needles, Arches, and downtown Moab. Also great location within the villas to the pool. Check in/out was smooth and even offered for us to check in early. Spotless townhome, comfy beds, spacious closets and rooms, great patio to grill, had all the basics we needed for a few days. This doesn’t matter too much but the only suggestion I may have is to just have a few basic condiments in the fridge. No complaints here, awesome stay, would definitely consider when coming back to Moab in the future.

Fantastic Stay in Moab

We appreciated that there were three bedrooms and our kids didn't have to argue over "who crossed the line" in the bed. Having the garage was also helpful, especially when bad weather hit. Check in process was a breeze with codes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Once we figured out which pool was ours, the kids really enjoyed it after being in the heat.
The property manager was very responsive and fabulous. I accidentally left a necklace and they found it in the sheets! It was sentimental to me, so I appreciated their honesty in finding and then sending it to me.
Highly recommend!
