Just completed: two new six-bedroom, eight-bathroom homes, custom-designed and built as luxury vacation rentals. You can book one or both together. Your group will appreciate over 5,500 square feet of indoor living space and 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space. This property is perfect for very large groups, with accommodations for up to 26 people. We focused on providing equal luxury accommodations so that everyone feels comfortable and no one gets the short end of the stick. We built two identical homes side by side for large groups, accommodating up to 50 people. Additionally, we have more homes with the same quality of accommodations located just five houses away, allowing you to book multiple new homes for even larger groups.

The home is located just 10 minutes from downtown Moab, 15 minutes from Arches National Park, 20 minutes from Canyonlands National Park, and close to many other state parks. This home is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary home is stocked with everything you'll need to make your stay a perfect 10. SUITE #1 - King Bed and ensuite bath and Bunkroom attached with 2 - XL Twin beds and a Queen sleeper sofa. This suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a 50" Flat Screen Smart TV. The suite is very large and can easily accommodate an additional twin guest bed. We provide 4 extra twin guest beds with the house that can be made up upon arrival.

SUITE #6 - This is the family or kids' suite. 1 King Bed with twin over top and 1 queen bed with a twin over top. Twin beds are extra-large to accommodate adults. Bedroom has a full En-suite bathroom with large spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a 50" Flat Screen Smart TV.

ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to an additional 2 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. There is a queen pullout sofa in the great room.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including 2 coffee makers, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and 2 dishwashers. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, 2 gas fire pits and 12-person private hot tub and private heated pool.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group, 3 Couches and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" Smart TV and entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game.

POOL/HOT TUB: The pool and 12-person Hot Tub is heated year-round, and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 90 degrees in the winter.

GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home.

BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce Court with premium oyster shell for the base.

PARKING: The property is 1 Acre of flat ground. There is plenty of parking area for up to 20 Vehicles and places for trailers to park.



OUTDOOR PATIOS: 2 patios maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal Mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the covered patio.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
