What's nearby:
This condo is located just over one mile northwest of downtown Moab and less than five miles from the entrance to Arches National Park. If you want to make a day of your national park explorations, you'll also be just 30 miles northeast of Canyonlands. Closer to home are such wonderful attractions as the Moab Aquatic Center, Swanny City Park, and Raven's Rim Zip Line Adventure (all within one mile!), as well as plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational outfitters.

Beautiful, cozy home

The 3 couples stayed two night in this VRBO. It was easy to access downtown and Capital Reef and Arches. We had plenty of room and the condo was exactly as described. I would highly recommend for couples or for a large family or 2 families. Directions for access were easy!

Great location for Arches

We were headed to Arches and Canyonland for vacation and this location was the perfect spot. We were able to easily get to the parks and found the bonus of petroglyphs and dinosaur tracks. The Moab community was great and we enjoyed the condo, pool, and ease of working with the host. I would recommend this for anyone headed to the Moab area.

We stayed in Moab to visit Arches and Canyonlands. The house was very clean and convenient to both parks. As Moab goes, this seemed to be one of the nicer places to stay. We enjoyed the town, outdoor activities, and the house was roomy, clean, and convenient. Would highly recommend.

Overall the condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It would be helpful if there was a remote garage door opener or if the management company provided the code for the garage door keypad. The provided code for the pool was incorrect, but the neighborhood kids told us that.

Remove Vacasa from VRBO!!! Vacasa has a consumer rating of 1.17 stars from 555 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Wonderful property!

This home accommodated us and our children (ages 14-20). There was plenty of space and the home was well stocked with linens, starter supplies, a fully stocked kitchen with even a crockpot! It was clean and well maintained. Location was five minutes from downtown Moab. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful!

What a great place. Large enough for six+ and great bathrooms. It was several blocks off the main road , so it was quiet. But it is also close enough for a drive to groceries or to National Parks. We would highly recommend this condo!

Good home base in Moab

Was nice to have plenty of room to spread out, a kitchen to keep food for packing lunches for the day, the washer and dryer was very useful, thanks for providing the washing pods/detergent! Location was great, close to everything in town and the parks as well. Only suggestions I would have was that every other place we stayed in Utah had a Keriug with pods - that would have been awesome....and directions on how to use the TV (so complicated these days)
