Très bel appartement mais seulement pour dormir

La décoration de ce loft est très soignée mais il n est pas vraiment adapté pour 4 De plus l équipement est très limité : une mini cuisine pas de plaque chauffante aucun plat ni aucune casserole. 4 assiettes, 4 fourchettes 3 couteaux 2 cuillères... et un mini four que l on est obligé de brancher par terre dans le salon car la cuîsine est trop petite et n à pas de prise Difficile de se préparer un repas

Marvelous Moab Rental Tucked in the Mountain

We loved our stay in Moab! The condo was clean and great views from the kitchen especially for sunset, and the hot tub was an extra bonus. It was hot but the fans helped!

Our stay in Moab

The inside of the loft was clean and well furnished. I'm not sure about kitchen utensils since we didn't cook anything but the towels, hot water, and furniture were very nice. The air conditioner could not keep the loft cool even with all the curtains drawn and blinds shut. The bedroom was adequately cool at night with the help of the fan we found in the closet. The patio was unkept with the broken hot tub partially filled with water that had scummed over. It was a health hazard to people and animals alike. The area that the loft was located contained not one but two overfilled dumpsters that had trash overflowing all over the parking lot. I don't think the dumpsters belonged to the loft property but the strewn trash was unsightly. It made the area where the loft was sketchy. The loft is very close to Arches National Park so that was nice. It was on the strip where there are many shops and restaurants but they were not close enough to walk to comfortably.

Terrible experience

If you have to deal with management for any reason, you’re in trouble. We arrived and the hot tub was broken, which was when I first contacted their support, Vacasa. We could have looked past it, even though “hot tub” was the first thing listed in the listing descriptions. We unpacked around 7:30 when we arrived (hard to find) and got everyone laying for bed when the ceiling light wouldn’t go off. This light is 20ft above the only bed and would not turn off. I contacted support and explained everything, I asked if there was even a circuit breaker that would just turn off all lights so we could get some sleep. Once 9:30pm rolled around they told me it was after hours and they would likely need to send someone in the morning, which prevented us from sleeping. At that point we went across the street to the hotel and saved $50, while getting a pool, hot tub and breakfast for the kids. Don’t waste your time or money, it’s not worth it.

Comfortable / Great Location

We enjoyed our 1-night stay while passing thru Moab, UT. Clean and good communication. Would stay again.
