Wonderful home close to Moab restaurants and shops. Easy access to Arches. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Our family of 6 adults stayed here and there was ample space for all of us. We would stay here again if we come back to Moab. Very accommodating hosts.

We were in Moab for 2 days, as part of a long vacation out West for our family of 5. This property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Lots of space, plenty of beds, and very well maintained. Property manager was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I have rented VRBOs for ten years in a row, and this is my favorite. I love this home's location and spaciousness. There is ample room to store your toys in the two car garage, and the location is unbeatable. You can walk to all the best restaurants, bars, and breakfast joints. The host was amazing to work with.

Perfect base for MTB adventure
My son and I spent 5 days exploring the MTB trails in Moab, and this house was the perfect place to come back to. It's on a quiet street, but you can walk to town for dinner and shopping. Spacious and clean - highly recommend!

Very nice home and location
Our stay was a very enjoyable home base for hiking in Canyonlands, Arches and for finding good restaurants nearby in Moab. Our host, Boyd, was very prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. His property was beyond our expectation in terms of cleanliness and conveniences (including the outdoor patios and fireplace) and the kitchen was well supplied with all you need for cooking meals. We will definitely stay here again for future vacations.

National Parks Base
4 nights in this great base for visiting the two NPs as well as doing other hikes around Moab. We walked to Main Street for dinner and breakfast. We also enjoyed dark night star gazing from the back patio. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Well Appointed Home & Great Host
Boyd & Marilee Anderson were great hosts. Boyd reached out just prior to our arrival to see if we had any questions and sent us his favorite eateries while in Moab. All adults in our party were visiting Moab for the first time while attending our daughter's wedding. The Anderson's had great suggestions for their favorite hiking trails waiting for us in a thorough notebook. The hikes did not disappoint. As for the home, it was very comfortable and had more than enough beds for our group. There is a primary bedroom with its own bath, another bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with 4 bunks. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. If you ever get a chance to visit Moab, I highly recommend staying at the Anderson's lovely home.

VACAY JOY
We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this ideal rental in Moab. The home is SO CLEAN, soooo comfortable, the kitchen outfitted for anything you will need. Communication with host is a breeze and every expectation exceeded. Beds and bedding so fresh and comfy. Bedrooms and bathrooms are cozy and lovely. Fluffy towels. We had the most enjoyable time resting up between hikes and Jeep trails. Kitchen makes staying and cooking home meals easy. BIG OPEN living sre and dining space makes gathering and visiting natural. Huge garage. We hope to book again when we return. Perfect stay.
