Walk to Downtown! Private Hot Tub, Fireplace, Indoor Pool

You can enjoy the peacefulness of Moab yet only be a couple of blocks from downtown. A 5-10 minute walk is all it takes to get to the heart of downtown Moab, so leave your car parked and walk into town or use one of our 5 bicycles to get around town! This twinhome in the Cottonwood Condominiums was completed in the summer of 2008 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living room has a 46” LCD high definition TV with expanded cable and a DVD player. Alternatively, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. The dining area has a large table that easily seats 8 adults. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40" LCD TV. There is a spacious walk-in closet and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space for storage. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed over a full bed bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed as well. It will sleep 4 people if needed. The living room contains a queen-size sofa bed.

High speed Internet access is available and there is a desktop computer available for you to use or you may connect your own computer to the secured WiFi network we have.

We enjoyed the condo/VRBO unit. Everything was clean; the kitchen had an abundance of utensils and cooking gear. The photos on VRBO don't do justice to the kitchen-dining-living area. Didn't use the hot tub; but good to know it is there.

We loved the location. The hot tub was a bonus on cold mornings. Decor is very western and tasteful. Kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed out stay.

Pictures don’t do this listing justice! It was incredibly clean and conveniently located near downtown. We walked to restaurants and shops almost daily. The large garage was a bonus, and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed, including laundry pods, trash bags, and extra linens. Highly recommend!

A group of friends decided hiking in Moab would be a fun fall trip. This house was perfect. Close to Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Close to downtown and big enough to spread out. Absolutely perfect!

Spacious House!
The house was much more spacious than we expected, very tidy and a short drive from Arches! It was also well stocked with plenty of games and books to keep our 4 kids and 4 adults entertained. We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

Wonderful place in Moab
This property was very clean, spacious, and served as the perfect base for our trips to the nearby national parks. It also contained all the amenities (soap, paper towels, etc) that we could need. We had two couples at the property, and accommodated us easily. One couple in our group has used VRBO many times and thought it was the nicest property they had ever stayed.

National Park Vacation with the family
Chad’s place was a great size and layout for our family of six adults. It had enough sleeping spaces and bathrooms to accomodate our needs. It is located very conveniently to downtown Moab so we could leave our car and walk to dinner and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this townhouse was excellent. Clean, quiet and spacious. Walking distance to several restaurants and fully stocked with everything you may need for a week in Moab. Even a garage for the car. Definitely recommend this to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay in Moab. Everything was close by and easy to find. We even enjoyed a bicycle ride one evening. The pizza at Moab Canyon Pizza was really good and we took an ATV adventure with High Point Rentals. Overall wonderful trip.

The place was fantastic. The location is unbeatable. We were within walking distance to restaurants. It was all very clean. The check in process was seamless. The kitchen was very well stocked and the living room had ample space for our family to spread out and relax after a day of hiking.

Perfect mid-week stay with family
We were excited to drive up to Moab with family visiting from the UK to celebrate their birthdays -- Chad and Tracey's place was perfect for the six of us. We visited Arches and Canyonlands, and we loved walking into town to explore Moab. We also used the hot tub and cooked dinner in the spacious kitchen every evening. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Oasis
My wife and I used this house as our base while hiking Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, etc. Moab is such an amazing place located in the middle of if all! This house was an excellent choice and located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. You will not be disappointed.

Was pleasantly supprised with this property, was very clean and tidy and in a good location.
We were at the end of a 6 week trip and were looking for aa place tostay to break up the return trip to Salt Lake city, so glad we stopped in Moab the landscape was stunning.
