Discover a gorgeous desert getaway at this dog-friendly Moab, Utah vacation rental.

While there are many scenic hikes and paths, there's also the Moab Golf Course for you to unwind.

In the home, you'll have a private patio to share a grilled dinner while the dog rolls around in the grass. Inside is an open floorplan with a living room couch to kick back on and watch the game on the flatscreen TV. On a cool desert night, flick on the gas fireplace and tell stories while you stream music on your phone thanks to the WiFi. The well-stocked kitchen will make breakfast, lunch, and dinner a breeze.

When it's time for bed, chose among the three bedrooms. Two have spacious, recently updated queen-size beds, while the third has two twins. A loft has a twin trundle bed. In total, there are accommodations convenient for eight.

If you bring your dog, then please note that there is a pet fee. Additionally, a two-car garage and private washer/dryer will make you feel right at home.

The area beckons with some of the most well-known national parks in the country. Find Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Raft on the world-famous Colorado River. Let the kids play at the Moab Aquatic Center or drive south to Spanish Valley's Ken's Lake for kayaking, swimming, and fishing.

COYOTE RUN HOUSE RULES 2021
Welcome to Coyote Run. We hope your visit is enjoyable and peaceful. Please be mindful Coyote Run homes are occupied by both full time home owners and residents, so please be
respectful during your stay. Below are the house rules for our community.
1) NO PARKING is allowed on the community road of Coyote Run due to safety and emergency needs. All vehicles must be parked in driveway. Excess vehicles can be parked in the limited pull off areas on East Bench Road or off-site at storage lots. Campers, tents and trailers are not allowed in resident driveways or garages.
2) ATV’s/UTV’s, TRAILERS are not allowed in the Coyote Run community which includes residential street, driveways and garages in order to abide by community policies and noise pollution ordinances. There are a variety of off-site storage establishments to park your recreation vehicles during your stay.
3) NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Recreational engines, outdoor music and socializing must be kept at low noise levels. Extended idling periods, engine revving is not allowed.
4) EARLY/LATE DEPARTURES: In case of early/ departures, please be mindful of residents within the community and be quiet while loading vehicles or talking outside.
5) PETS: We welcome pets, however, please keep pets within your property boundary and clean up after your pet. Grand County leash law is in effect in the area.
6) NIGHT SKY: We value the night sky for incredible star gazing year-round. Please turn off all exterior lights before 10:00 PM.
7) GARBAGE BINS: Garbage collection is on Thursdays. All garbage bins must be returned to garage area after collection due to wildlife and litter concerns.
8) VIOLATIONS will result in towing and/or fine of $500 to your residence and will be collected by the rental company or home owner. THANK YOU!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location but tired property
We enjoyed the location for our stay in Moab. Property is dog friendly with a good floor plan. Furnishings, carpet, front door, little garage door are worn and old. It worked for us, but we won't be going back. Many other properties are better.

Needs updating and better attention
House was spacious and far enough from town to be nice and quiet. Issues: dirty windows and floors (area next to couch was thick with dirt and chunks of hair and dust) lots of spiderwebs. Brown chairs in living room (pictured in listing) are very worn and peeling. Carpets didn’t look vacuumed and had stains. Upstairs shower wall had chunks of brown hair stuck to it. A pull tab from a can was on window sill. Wall in front of one sink had dirty splash marks and sinks weren’t completely clean. (I’m not talking about the natural patina of copper) Other bathroom had tub spout leak. (looked at by maintenance) Pillows are thin and severely stained. (No replacements were offered, said they put in a request to the owner, we purchased some in town) A bathroom window pane was shattered (was looked at by maint). Bed linens smell like they’d been sitting for a long time, including the fresh set of pillow cases that got dropped off after reporting stained pillows. 2 light bulbs were out. I mentioned one and a bulb was left for us. One of twin beds fell through frame, box spring is shredding from it happening often. A blanket from closet had something chunky on it. There are 2 vacuums that don’t work well. No brooms for us to clean up with. Dishwasher doesn’t wash dishes well. Some pan handles are loose, I was nervous they’d break. Not many cooking utensils. Most of these were reported w/pictures. The rest I got tired of reporting things there was no apology and no offers to clear it up.

This home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for us to spread out and relax after traveling together each day. We enjoyed the proximity of the national parks and the shopping in Moab! We will return in the future for another stay.

Great home would stay again.
Great location. Quiet and clean. The three bathrooms all connected to a bedroom which was nice. Water pressure was great and there always seemed to be nice hot water when you needed it. Kitchen worked well with basic supplies. Downsides are the pillows weren’t very fluffy/supportive. Twin beds weren’t the most comfortable and a bit on the short side.

Poor description of amenities
Overall, house was clean. Some minor issues with bed linens, towels, etc. But, the big issue was the TV's in all rooms would turn on at all hours of the day. And the TV's were in SD, very small and cheap. Just don't have them in the bedrooms, they were smaller than PC screens, completely useless. Door to garage was incredibly difficult to lock. Only one set of keys would work on both garage and front doors. The other set of keys were garage only. The top lock box wouldn't accept the access code. And kitchen was poorly outfitted with a lack of items such as scissors, tea kettle, decent knives, tupperware, etc. Great location and great weather made up for the lack of amenities.

Beautiful home. Very quiet on the golf course. Would loved the windows to have been cleaner to see the views, thats ok the patio area was perfect. A few maintenance things that others noted in reviews, entry to garage door needs repair, coffee pot wasnt clean, this was reason for the 4 star review but definitely would recommend and stay again. Great place to stay. Location is ideal. House needs a good deep cleaning. The drain in the furnace room needed a bucket of water to seal the drain goose neck and stop the sewer gas smell. Carpets are old, worn and need replacing. Garage door is out of square with the frame. Needs to be repaired. Would be easy for someone to twist off the key while trying to lock it. Kitchen utensils are limited, need a spatula. Very few hangers in the closets. Towels, linens and such are great. We would stay again, just worn and dated.

Nice property in quiet cul-de-sac. Great location for all things Moab and EJS. We would recommend larger beds and softer mattresses in 2 bedrooms. And replace the carpets. They were clean, just very dated in comparison to the rest of the property.

Great Location, Short on Supplies
The location and the house itself were great! But the house could have been a little cleaner: cobwebs and dog hair in corners, I didn't see it at first, but we saw a few more cobwebs/hair as our stay progressed. The Garage door didn't lock, the fan on the fireplace didn't work, and the dishwasher was very loud, those were minor inconveniences. There were limited cooking utensils and pots and pans (very limited- no big pans, and no spatulas), and there weren't enough dishes (plates, silverware) for how many people the place slept. There was mold in the upstairs bathtub and the master shower. We aren't likely to stay there again. Like I said, overall it is a great location and house, they just need to spend a few hundred bucks to buy more kitchen supplies, make sure they bleach the bathrooms, and not skip on the high-dusting.

The home had comfortable beds, enough hot water for all of us to shower, and was conveniently located. The lock box didn't work, however, and we were on hold for an hour trying to figure out how to get in when everyone was exhausted and ready to get to bed. It kind of tainted our stay.

Great get away - Moab
Great location for all activities around Moab and would recommend it for couples or family getaways. Two comments for the owner to consider: (1) Consider replacing the mattress in the upstairs bedroom and (2) updating the TV in the main family area. Other than those two comments - great stay.

We loved our stay at Moab South Valley. The view was spectacular and the lightly traveled road was great for morning runs with the dogs. Easy access to Moab and Arches NP. Overall great stay!

Beautiful area/ house in terrible condition!!
Damaged front door and lock made this house unsafe. Did not meet with advertising about COVID clean . It was to sleep 7. Dishes, glasses for 4. The inventory had not been checked. Kitchen appliances filthy. Cooking pans rusted, mismatched unorganized and cupboards dirty, I have pictures if you want them. bathroom grouting upstairs in master had mildew which after I bleached with 1gal bleach was still there. Dirty bath rugs!! All bedding and bed pillows I washed. Outside had not been Cleaned. Windows filthy. Grill filthy and broken. Lightbulbs needs replacing. Chandelier over dining table broken and was not repaired whine we were there. The cleaning crew did come for 3 hrs. This house was not as advertised. It was not Ready for me to enjoy my vacation. I spent several days calling manager and she finally came by the house . There has been no refund on my bill which she assured me I would receive, at this point I cannot recommend your business to others.
