Overall we enjoyed our stay, the rooms were very clean and the communication was really good. Thank you so much we will book again. However you should know: Around the property: Of the two pools, one was clean, the other one dirty, we cleaned up the leaf litter on the surface ourselves but couldn't fix the buildup on the floor of the pool. Of the two spas, one was empty, the other one so filthy we couldn't use it.

Thanks Anne,We are up against the storms in the past few weeks with so many trees around the pools it can be cleaned one day and hours later there is a build up of leaves. The spas..one is out of order atm and the other same issue with storms. They are cleaned regularly and were cleaned the day you arrived but the whole weekend had storms. Being Christmas day/boxing day there were no ground staff working to attend to it.

Host is charged additional 65 dollars from my card for kitchen clean up. Its rediculous since we have cleaned all the dishes even we remove pillow cover and linen seperated and pilled up for courtesy request. She is sending one picture and vedio taken from somwhere else to proof. She is belueving the cleaner's instruction and charged extra 65. We are giving our card information to wotif npt for this kind of unauthorized transaction.This is unacceptable. Also the winbi office asked yo cancell the booking through wotfi for and ask to book direcy to winbi fot a discounted rate.

Firstly this guest rang me after booking asking for only one night when he booked 2 nights, that is the minimum amount of night's that we do, because he wanted to pay less. He was told I cannot do this andhe decided not to cancel his booking.It is stated in our terms and conditions that he received by email that if the property was left in an unsatisfactory condition or any willful damage was caused, this fee would be charged. In 17 years I have only ever charged this a handful of times.The property was left in a disgusting state. The dishes were not clean, a burnt pot that has to be replaced, curry splattered in the kitchen and then to top it off he decided to urinate all over the bathroom floor intentionally (the toilet is not in the bathroom) tissues etc.. were shoved in the bath/shower drain causing a blockage. Several videos and photos were sent to the guest as proof. The property stunk for days and had to be disinfected several times. 65 didn't anywhere near cover the extra cleaning and expense this guest caused. Total disrespect for someone else's property, not to mention the disrespect my poor housekeepers had to clean up after them. This guest should be banned from booking on Wotif and Expedia.

A B&B by Another Name

The location is fantastic. The Resort is overstated in ads. It is weary, tired and close to run down. No management on site to sort out problems. It is really a B&B not worthy of a resort listing. Still enjoyed the stay. It is just oversold.

Sorry you feel that way. Although we are no longer onsite since Covid lockdowns we are only a phone call away to fix any problems that may arise.

Beautiful place. Very quiet. The cabins had everything you needed, even washing machine and dryer.
