Comfortable room. But, no late check out. Only a continental breakfast. No eggs and bacon.

Horrible staff!

This is a nice hotel. The staff, and one of them in particular, were some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. Shameful.

The staff was rude. Our room smelled horrible and was dirty. The breakfast was watered down and had no flavor. We did not know we had to ask for replacement towels in the morning. Most hotels replace what you use.

For a small town Hotel I was impressed with the service. I do miss the days of housekeeping coming in daily to clean up make the bed etc but oh well. Front desk clerk was great. I even lost my access card and he made me a new one with no hassles. Very good experience.
