This was the worst visit. I ever had at a hotel Did not have a car to get your stuff out of your vehicle. Everything was ragley, never stay here again.

Never again

Sorry to say this but my stay at this hotel was not a good one. The only thing that made our stay a little bearable was the employees. The housekeeping, the lady in the eating area and the maintenance man. There were no carts to carry our luggage in or take them out. We were locked out of our room for 4 hrs because of a issue with the lock. The maintenance man did everything and then called the main maintenance man to come in but that person refused. This was the day of my aunts funeral and I and my grandson had to walk down to another hotel to get my cousin to pick up my mom who is handicapped to just pick her up to take her to the funeral. I had not car keys and she was the only one ready. I was late for the funeral. I was not informed about incident charges. But when I was told I could not cancel so I took pictures of the hole in the wall and the dents also the backboard for the dresser was broken. there was not compensation offered for our inconvenience or anything.

There was hair on the towels, sink and in the shower. There was terminates in the room. And the room itself smelled stale. The hallway and lobby was fragrant and decent. The room needed some refreshing.
