Everything was just excellent from top to bottom, the lady that takes care of the breakfast rush was very nice and helpful

The staff were fantastic. The area was a bit inconvenient but that wasn’t their fault. The parking lot is awful and they had guests that were parking huge trucks and trailers and boats leaving no parking for other cars. So that needs to be upgraded. The hot tub was broken the entire stay and that was one reason I booked with them so that was disappointing but not a deal breaker.

Stains on the bed, possibly food stains

Went on a honeymoon trip with my wife, we had a king size bed standard room. We got into the room and it was clean, the bed sheets had stains and someone else’s hair, not a problem. The front desk immediately brought us new ones only for them to be stained as well. The towels were good but there was hair on them. We loved the breakfast, the pool was amazing, and the front desk workers were very kind. I will be back again but I would like my sheets not to be stained.
