At Parkhill Place, we strive to make our guests feel at home. Our spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom house accommodates up to twelve guests comfortably. With groceries, dining, and the University of South Alabama just minutes away, you'll have everything you need. Explore the city or enjoy a beach day—downtown is a quick twenty-minute drive, while Dauphin Island is just forty-five minutes away. We offer free WiFi and are pet-friendly (with a fee). The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, the living room will be to your left, and straight down the hall will take you to the dining room and kitchen.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a large SmartTV. The dining room opens to the fully-equipped kitchen. The large farm table provides ample seating and the kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware.
Down the hall, on the left side of the living room, you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom features a full bed. The second bedroom has two full beds. The final bedroom has a queen bed, a full bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The additional full bathroom is easily accessible to all guests and fitted with a shower/tub combination.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our home is located in a residential area, about one mile from University of South Alabama.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
