L'humidité n'est pas contrôlée ce qui implique que c'est difficile à climatiser et inconfortable. La propreté est négligée. Le personnel est courtois mais pas très efficace. La localisation est cependant, parfaite. À quelques minutes de marche du centre ville de Mobile!

Nous avons passé une nuit. Cet hôtel est très bien situé. Par contre, le confort n’est pas terrible. On entendait les voitures de la route. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain étaient tachés. La piscine est au milieu du parking! Mais bon ce n’est pas facile de trouver une chambre pas trop chère à Mobile!

The bathroom was leaking water all over the floor. The deadbolt broken on door. It was dirty around the property. The tv and remote didn’t work. This place is awful to be considered as historic downtown Mobile.

Myself and 2 other girls were traveling for an event. The staff that checked us in was nice and professional, but the whole place looked sketchy, we passed a door with a sticky note that had the room number because the actual number was missing, there was trash piled by the ice machine, the elevator had a huge puddle of mysterious liquid on the floor, the whole door knob and lock was missing from the room next to ours and appeared as if it had been broken off by force, our room appeared fairly clean but thematresses were questionable, the office chair had unknown stains all over it. We did not feel safe so we left and booked at a different hotel.

We had to kick the door to open because it was hung on the frame and Sheetrock went every where

Not impressed

I arrived about 30min before check in and was told the room would be ready in about 45 minutes. Returned 1 hour later and it was still not ready. I was given a different room on the 4th floor instead of the 1st. The elevator was filthy and smelled of smoke when it showed up. The toilet seat was not fully attached and the shower curtain rod was hanging upside down due to the screws coming out of the wall. The floor was dirty under the desk chair as if it wasn’t moved when the floor was swept. Due to time constraints my daughter and I made due since it was only for 1 night. The beds seemed clean and were comfortable.
