Terrible!! Couldn’t shower!! No water …
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was terrible!! There was only scalding hot water in the shower … no warm or cold.i called the front desk and was told they couldn’t do anything. The. The water was turned off completely… we couldn’t even brush our teeth!! So no shower for us after being in the road for a few days before meeting up with our family…. the ac barely blew cold and we were hot and sweaty most of the night. I will be calling super 8 management. I hope they do the right thing and refund at least some of our $$$!

I slept well at this property, however, one of the amenities advertised (breakfast) was not provided. Why? I don't know. It didn't look like there was a remodel in progress. The staff, while friendly and courteous, always did business behind the night window - the lobby was closed off (even in the morning). One has to ring the door buzzer or call a number to get one of the staff to attend to the guest when ready to check-in or check-out.
Still, the staff person on duty was attentive. The property is quiet and restful and conveniently located near dining establishments.

Virkelig dårligt og morgenmaden en joke
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HotelsVærelset lugtede fælt, virkelig ubehageligt. Vi beklagede os og fik et andet værelse, det lugtede en smule bedre. Der skulle være morgenmad klokken 6.30-9. Da vi kom ned for at spise klokken 7 var der ingen i receptionen og ingen morgenmad. Efter vi havde fået vækket manden i receptionen, gjorde han det, der skulle være morgenmad klar... Der var kun et par små muffins, kaffe, the, 4 meget modne bananer, to slags cereals og en kvart mælk i køleskabet.
