Nice hotel

Very helpful staff. 1st room, wasn't smoke free like asked for. They changed it very nicely with no issues. Didn't feel/look like the safest area, but we only were really there to sleep. Nice restaurant next door and around us. Room was comfortable and a big space. Nice hot powerful shower. Freezer worked VERY well

100.00 deposit when the rate is already high for a dive motel. Ridiculous!

I am so sorry that you had to face this issue of the deposit for a room which is required by the hotels rules deposit is always refunded back to the customer wants to check out. This was pretty bad. Facility seemed to have been somewhat renovated, however, it was blazing hot and the air conditioner didn't work. There was something wrong with the air in the room and it gave us both a bad headache. Perhaps new paint?

I am terribly sorry about your problematic stay in our room, but we were not aware of the problem you were facing in the room. We were not informed that there was a problem in the room during your stay, before leaving a bad review we would have solved the problem for you. The rooms were renovated around 2 years ago so there should be no traces of fresh paint. The air conditioner was working fine, but if the front desk was aware of the problem then we could have helped you solve the problem. Thank you
