Accueil assez dilettante.

Hidden fees for sustainability charge, and hotel room deposit, were a surprise expense that wasn’t communicated to me. Woke up several times from hearing someone walking back and forth in the room above me.

I like that it was clean when I read the reviews I was trying to find other places to stay at but I am glad I stay there what I didn't like was that the charge me 11.67 a day extra plus the room didn't have refrigerator or microwave or coffee maker

Family of 3 adults and 2 children. No enough beds. They offered blankets to sleep on the floor.

Thank you for expressing your disappointment. We understand how frustrating it can be. Our rooms with 2 beds can accommodate upto 4 adults and adjusting a 5th person can be challenging since we do not have an option of rollaway beds. We hope you would still choose us on your next Modesto visit and give us another chance.

Over priced deposit.
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe deposit is ridiculously high. $250 is outrageous! We stay in Vegas all the time and in much nicer hotels and the most we have spent on a deposit is $150.

It was a great visit the service was great only problem was a non handicapp car parked in a handicapp spot had to walk a bit to the room
