I did not get the experience of staying there as booked ,the place was fully booked yet accepted payment

disappointed by the access to and fro the Lodge. Only one gate remote was used and no dedicated individual available at the gate, therefore at to call every time entering/leaving Mapo

Service could be better
Publié le 24 juill. 2019 sur HotelsEven though I paid for B/B but was told I cannot breakfast because I booked on line. At least they could have offered me to pay extra but were not interested.
I came 30 minutes before check-in time, I was chased away because they were still cleaning. It is not what was said that was a problem but the manner in which it was said. The least they could have done is to offer me a chair even outside and ask me to wait.
I asked for my invoice the minute I walked in as I need to use it to claim for my trip. To date I have not received anything despite several requests.
