For an affordable room, it was good value, there are a few spots where you need to watch as they are trip hassards , at one entrance to the car park, the path has a concrete step, not easily seen

Comfortable, well-equipped motel

Moe Motor Inn is very comfortable and has all the facilities you could want, including a microwave and bowls, plates and cutlery for 2 people. A fridge/freezer is provided. The only downside to mention is that the shower, which is a large walk-in shower suitable for the less able, does not have any grab rails and the floor becomes a bit slippery during use. The early check in at 12 noon was appreciated.

Through no fault of the owner, it was a little noisy. Could here dramas with people on the phone outside our room . A little scary. Room was roomy and very nice. Stair case was rather dirty and pot plants coukd use a little attention. Bed was comfortable and shower was terrific.

The property was close to all the shops.

No key on machine check in. Hot water only luke warm. Room spacious and full size refrigerator. No sink so filling jug from bathroom basin required multiple cups of water!

I booked on line and paid. I did not know when I arrived I had to pay another $100 for security deposit. No one in office it’s done all over the phone. Got a key from a machine. Bed spreads were both so dirty I pulled them off the beds. And the matching pillows. Sheets were clean. Heater didn’t work, it was cold so lucky it had electric blankets. Bathroom was clean, floors were clean. Very disappointed with heater and bedding. I did take photos.

Hi Karen sorry to hear that things were not quite right during your stay. We will definitely look at the bedding and heating as this room did have a change of all bedding from previous guest - only two nights prior your stay. In regard to the security deposit, it is stated in Expedia terms and conditions that a security bond is required, plus also with our direct text message to all guests that if you are using a Debit card or Cash security of 100 is required, if you have a full Credit Card to please contact prior to arrival so we can void the charge happening at our Key Kiosk. Sorry you did not read that, but we do try our best to inform guests, especially when they have not read the fine print. When booking direct we do get the opportunity to inform our guests however when going through a Third Party sometimes it may not be clear enough. Staff is available 24/7 regardless of reception being closed. This is also stated in your Welcome Text so one quick call and we would of be able to assist you with your issue.
