The staff was amazing and friendly. I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t opened although it indicates it is. The rooms are outdated and needs to be renovated

It is old and tired. The lifts re over 50 years old. On occasion they don't work and you have to walk down. No air conditioning in the room. At least it didn't work and the reception staff just shrug their shoulders

Pleasant and comfortable

Easy to find the hotel. Decent parking right out front. Helpful and pleasant reception staff who spoke English. Rooms are large and comfortable with coffee machine and bottled water. Good bar, superb beer and a good hot and cold breakfast. Not a holiday hotel but a great overnight rest in comfort.

Very basic compared to other Leonardo chain Hotels in Germany. However, perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Reception staff excellent but barman a little surly!
