Time to renovate
It was a business trip, I had to stay 2 days. It was not my first stay but i think it will be my last one. I like your breakfast but the rooms need a renovation. The rooms are to dark and the bathroom are not Stade of the time. Sorry but your service team is good the rooms are not good enough.

Exceptional Stay at Van der Valk Hotel
My recent stay at Van der Valk was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and professional staff made me feel welcome. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. The bathroom was also immaculate and well-stocked with toiletries. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the Düsseldorf International Airport. The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The restaurant and bar were also great, with a cozy atmosphere and attentive service. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Van der Valk Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Düsseldorf. The combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great location make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Dålig sömn
Wifi fungerade inte. Påtalade det och det snart skulle vara fixat men fungerade inte på hela vistelsen. Vaknade av brandlarmet kl 5-6 på morgonen höll på i ca 10 min. Efter det höll någon på att hamra. Väldigt lyhört. Påtalade problemen vid utcheckning men ingen kompensation erbjöds.

This hotel is perfect for a stopover - very convenient just off the motorway. Facilities and restaurant are excellent and parking is free.
