Amazing Views - Perfect Villa
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayCommunication was great prior to booking, in the lead up to arrival and during our stay both from the Villa owners and their appointed local agent.
Small issue with the Air-Conditioning upstairs on arrival but very quickly rectified, could not have asked for a better response - the air-con kept the whole property cool enough to be a welcomed comfortable break from the constant 34c
Upon arrival the check in process was very quick, easy and hassle free, keys ready on arrival. The villa was very well presented, immaculately presented, perfectly clean throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need.
The villa is located as described, with amazing views but at a price of a steep hill ... it is walkable at whatever pace you feel comfortable at but was never an issue, if needed local taxis for 8-10 Euros from the far end of Mojacar restaurants back home of an evening.
The pool was cleaned twice a week, kept very clean and is always warm.
Plenty of very good restaurants/bars a short walk or drive away - our favorites being Titos or La Cabana with the most incredible ice creams from Gelateria Italiana Alberto.
All in all a prefect villa, perfect location, perfect weather and a lovely 2 weeks holiday in Mojacar.
Would we visit again, recommend to others?

Great villa with a view

Everything was as described, Julia was excellent with communication from the off, even when we had some questions through our stay. The views are amazing and definitely a huge plus, its a short walk from the beach and restaurants, although be aware of the hill, this can be tough in mid-day sun in August. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend!

Lovely house with great AC when it's hot outside and a lovely pool. Beautiful views across the sea, we saw whales swimming past which was amazing. Would highly recommend this spacious and well equipped house.

Villa with amazing views

The pool was a godsend in the very hot weather. We had a very relaxing holiday, exploring the local area…we especially enjoyed the local ice cream shop at the bottom of the hill.
Highly recommend 5⭐️

Lovely 2 week holiday

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was Mojacar estates. They were quite rude and not very helpful. We had no spare bedding so ended up washing the ones we had even though in the booklet on arrival it said we would receive clean bedding a week after we have arrived. However Julia was brilliant leading up to the holiday staying in contact with us and the Villa was absolutely perfect for what we needed, lovely and clean including the swimming pool. We will be returning.

Lovely stay
Publié le 5 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a 1 week stay at cumbres reales and absolutely loved our time there. The villa is lovely, very spacious. We were a family group of 6, 3 couples and felt we each had lots of privacy and space, 4 bathrooms was a treat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, we had breakfast and lunch in the villa every day and had BBQs for 4 evenings. We had all the tools needed for an array of different meals and there was lots of plates, glasses etc.
Pool was lovely, turned our bikinis a little yellow though.
5 min walk down to the beach, hill is very steep, but doable, dad managed it with a recent knee replacement. Lots of bars and restaurants around: La Cabana & Cheers being our fav.
A couple of bottles of water or basics wouldn’t go a miss for arrival but not a biggie.
Special shout to the lovely neighbour Mourine who gave us plenty of tips and a lift to the supermarket.
Thanks so much for a lovely stay would absolutely recommend.

Just perfect!
