Excellent séjour à Mojacar
Publié le 23 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé un excellent séjour à MOJACAR. L'appartement est très propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Nous étions 4 adultes avec chambre et salle de bains pour chaque couple. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et des aménagements autour. La station de Mojacar est très agréable et le village magnifique. Nous recommandons cette location.

Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayEl apartamento es muy cómodo y completo, no le falta de nada. Hay sillas, sombrilla, toallas y demás útiles para la playa. Tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el salón. Hay aparcamiento en la misma puerta del alojamiento. El paseo marítimo y la playa están bajando la calle. Al mismo tiempo es muy tranquilo, no se oyen ruido ni música. La zona de la piscina está fenomenal también, nada más salir de la terraza. Además, Julie, la propietaria, es encantadora y atenta.
En resumen, recomiendo este alojamiento a todo el mundo.

Great position to beach and restaurants
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayComfortable apartment. Second bedroom too small for 2 adults and very little hanging and cupboard space. TV great but we were not explained about how to use.
Key safe a pain and it would be helpful if the manager was there at the commencement to explain things. We had to hunt for the equipment details.

Thank you for your feedback. We have not encountered issues with the TV or the key safe before. You mentioned not wanting to use the key safe because you were afraid of breaking a nail and that you hadn't attempted to use the TV, as your previous rental did not have English channels. I promptly addressed your concerns as soon as you informed me, although it was well into your stay. Regarding the second bedroom, no previous guests have found it too small, and it is equipped with two wardrobes. When I asked if you enjoyed your stay, you responded positively, so I am surprised by your criticism.

Pool cross between building site and crime scene
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayPool only open 8 hours during 14 day stay. Only 2 days notice of problem when told owner did not want apartment without pool she told me she had just heard it would ve open next day. Ithadveen planned for over 18 months.

Regarding the pools, we wanted to clarify that the larger pool was only closed for three non-consecutive days within a two-week span. The smaller pool experienced filtration issues, which unfortunately were a community-wide concern and beyond our direct control.
We also noted your past remarks about the pool hours. Please understand that these were dictated by the requirement for a lifeguard, which is no longer necessary since the smaller pool has been resized.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests.

Location and plenty of space 💗

Julie was a very helpful host, we have stayed in the same complex many times for the location and hope to do so again soon.
Only downside was the swimming pool renovation going on at the same time, we are beach goers but we had found an apartment next to us for my brother and teenage kids, they were very disappointed to find the pool out of action. They could have found alternative if they had been informed but these things happen in Spain i suppose.
Hopefully all good for next time we want to visit, as we would not want to look beyond. We love it there

A Great Apartment in Oasis del Mar 1

Ideally located, well appointed and spotless we spent a really enjoyable 4 weeks.
