Good location but run down
Good location, tired and run down. Bathroom floor dirty as white towel was black after being in the floor. Eco wise new towels given every day! Very noisy with event. Comfortable bed and good supply of tea and coffee.

The good/great - the staff at Reception and breakfast were absolutely lovely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. The not so good, the TV in the room was tiny and reception so poor it was unwatchable. The hairdryer was from another era and probably should have stayed there. We were told the bar would be open until 10:30pm, but on going there for a nightcap at 10:15pm was firmly closed. Small details, but they all make a difference."
