The main house is 80 square meters, with an adjoining studio of 16 square meters, has a GARDEN, and a SPA, ideal for tourist vacations and ready to receive eight people. It is ideally located in the city center, close to the Etang de Moliets, 550 m from the Tourist Office, 7 min drive from the BEACH and close to bars, restaurants and shops.

## Logement
The house has an area of 80 M2 and the independent studio 16 M2. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (bed 140 X 200) and closets, the second with two single beds (bed 0.90 X 190) and storage space. The living room is spacious and nicely decorated, furnished in a contemporary style sjud-ouest and includes the living room and dining room opening on the outside through large windows. A superb mezzanine with a large skylight overhangs the whole in the same spirit and proposes another double bed (bed 160 X 200). On the sanitary side, a large shower room and a separate WC come to complete this description. Let's not forget the laundry space with the washing machine, and the open kitchen fully equipped ....

The studio of 16 square meters is composed of a sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed (bed 140 X 200), an Italian shower room with toilet, a small kitchen area equipped with hotplates and fridge!

You can go around the house and therefore around the garden by a wooden footbridge, and discover different atmospheres and lights according to the day...like a walk bridge on a boat! A garden furniture and deckchairs are at your disposal, as well as a last model electric plancha! The "chic" bonus of this unique house is the SPA at the back, which allows you to relax after your day's walks! Everything is done to have a good time!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

The village center is 5 minutes away and the 2 beaches of Moliets are 15 minutes away... by bike! They are the "green" beach of Les Chênes Lièges, more quiet and isolated, and the "central" beach of Moliets, with its bars and restaurants in the vicinity: to choose according to your mood of the day!

You will find close to the house : restaurants, the adrenaline park (16 minutes walk), a bike rental service... The pond of Moliets is at 5 minutes walking distance, where you can take a walk or go fishing ! Visit also other interesting places such as : the Courant de Huchet, the Ponton du lac d'azur, the Circuit du pont du Loup, the Dinosaure Parc, and many others...

For your daily shopping, you will find a U Express and Drive at 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike, in the town of Moliets, a butcher's shop, a bakery, a pharmacy and a tobacco shop.

## Emplacement
The accommodation is located in a nice and quiet housing estate in the center of Moliets, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, the one of the "chênes lièges", and the bike path to get there runs along the courses of the International Golf of Moliets which itself is next to the housing estate: everything can be done without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous "Vélodysée", the large bicycle path which crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, at 5 minutes and allows you to make beautiful strolls through the pine forests, without difficulties. At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ is the perfect example of the oceanic charm of the Landes coast. Nestled behind dunes and maritime pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long golden sandy beaches, waves to delight surfers and Landes landscapes of undeniable beauty in this postcard setting, the diversity of activities to be enjoyed makes it a very pleasant destination in all seasons.
