We checked in but we did not stay overnight. There were wall and door patches everywhere. The nooks and crannies were dirty. Soda was splashed on the door and not cleaned. Bed appeared clean and comfortable but there were too many other things making us uncomfortable.

The elevator was out and the only communication to the guest was a hand written sign that fell off the elevator door onto the floor with sign information face down. There did not seem to be any urgency to notify the guest or get the elevator fixed. Had to hand carry all my luggage down the stairs.

Unfortunately, it has happened on your last night of your stay with us sir, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but We had urgency but at midnight no one was available to fix it. So, we fixed that by next day evening within 24hrs of the issue occurred. Hope your next stay with us will be more satisfying experience

First of all this is not a cheap hotel and the experience that I had was terrible… the toilet was filthy,the shower curtain had mold on it.. and the tub stopper came off and it was nasty under there ad it was a bunch of dirty hair in it.. paying $225.0 a night is not cheap but I felt like I was at a motel 6.. I really hate the experience I had with this hotel…

dirty carpets in hallways no one cleaning up after breakfasts did not fill up and stopped some breakfast items before breakfast hours were over

Breakfast hours 6am-9am. If some item would have been missing, they would have been replaced within 5-10 minutes. Thank You!
