Staff were very help full and very helpful. The was no AC only one ceiling fan and stand alone fan so the bedroom accommodation was uncomfortable to sleep in. The shower head fell off twice and needs replacing. Due to a management changeover the visa machine was not working so paying at the property was a problem. The beach is 700 metres walk away along two rough roads so takes 20 minutes or 200 to 250 KSH with either Uber or the villa taxi service. Several good restaurants and two supermarkets around 1 or two miles away with cash points. Villa restaurant was not open due to lack of numbers and Covid. Covid measures at Villa and in the area are good. The beach is gorgeous and quite quiet with shade after 1 pm. A small bar on the closest entrance to the beach & the fresh juices were excellent. Resort is overpriced for what you get and staying on the beach is always preferable. All hotels are overpriced and tend to be run down according to international standards. Swimming pool is nice and generally clean.

We are sorry for any dissatisfaction that caused you not to meet your expectations,however when you did your reservation you could have chosen a villa with air condition of which is well detailed on our website, for example villa Diani and Villa Zanzibar both has air condition,so on that side it was simply your own choice,
Another thing is that we believed that you always used taxi to the beach at your own pleasure hence its a walking distance of ten minutes and not twenty as you perceived, we have hosted thousands of guests for more than ten years and majority of them rarely use taxi to the beach.
about the shower head falling down, we are really sorry about that if it offended you but our maintenance team is always ready for any kind of breakdown and petty issues like this.
Another point to not down was concerning the visa machine which i explained to you and even we gave you a discount to cater for the transaction cost, we are sorry about that inconveniences that we caused and we are working on that to get the machine before the end of January.
