A améliorer : l'état des chambres le buffet et la qualité des repas dans le restaurant ...
Le personnel : sont gentils mais manque de service ( très long ) ils savent même pas faire des cocktails classiques..
Manque de service dans le restaurant et le snack de la plage.
J'ai séjourné à diani sea resort aussi et c'était largement mieux pourtant ça appartient au même propriétaire...

Diani Sea Lodge was great! Staff was wonderful, food was good, and the property was well-maintained.

We hadden huisje 17 en liepen zo het hotel restaurant in...

Beautiful hotel and property. Excellent food and service. The first day we did not have hot water, but the front desk was very responsive and took care of the issue right away.
The only negative was being solicited by aggressive vendors on the beach. At one point there were 16 individuals milling around, waiting for tourists to make their to the beach.

Very nice place, all inclusive -,the food was a bit bland and not so interesting. The dinner hall felt like a school cafereria.The animation team were very active. Very good location by one of the best spots on Diani beach.

very friendly, very proffesional management, all my enqueries had been manged in a fast way. if I come back to Diani beach, I would pick sea lodge again....

A relaxing week

For an average of $280 CAD a night this place is absolutely overrated and shouldn’t be posted at that price. The food variety is terrible and very poor. The towels (bathroom and beach) need an upgrade ASAP, after a shower the towels can really scratch you badly! The beach towels seems very overworn and even dirty as they are very old.
The worst part is the minimum protection for the sun provided by this hotel to their guests who obviously come to the area to enjoy the beach. They have 16 or 17 beach umbrellas set in the front beach and, even if you get up extremely early (today I was out at 5:50am to get one), they were all “taken”. This really makes me think these German guests just pay for them and their spots (same every day). There are only towels at the chairs, you don’t see these senior guests until later on to come occupy their chairs under these limited umbrellas.
My spouse and I travel a lot, and we have stayed at different all inclusives but definitely this one is not worth this price. If I pay an average of $280 CAD a night, I expect a certain standard and that’s not the case.
Unfortunately due to another unexpected change in our trip we had to stay one more night here. Paid directly to the property via credit card and it is close to $300 CAD a night but we had to do it.
The restaurant and bar staff are friendly, they are probably the best thing this hotel has.
I hope Expedia can do something about it and a realistic summary of the property is displayed.
