We are grateful you booked in our hotel and even extended your stay for 1 more night. Every guest deserves to be treated well and equally. on your 3rd night, the room next to your room got to be booked, it is very hot in Mombasa and every guest has the right to use the AC in the rooms. You requesting guest next room to switch off their AC so that it does not make noise to you, while yours is on that being inconsiderate and not playing fair. Furthermore our AC are modern, it was our first experience to get such unfair request that why we declined to let the other guest switch off the AC in the next room. With this we ask you to give a just constructive review so that you can help other guests making their accommodation decisions.

Great Little Hotel In Mombasa!
Publié le 14 sept. 2020 sur HotelsThe hotel was modest, but perfect for the price. The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was really good with variety every day, the WiFi was strong, and the location was very close to Mombasa Beach and Nyali Beach!

The air conditioning was great considering the heat.. breakfast was good too..clean place and quite for unwinding....one of the bathrooms for the dorms had a leakage the whole weekend, fix that please.

More of apartment than a hotel
