like: friendly & courteous receptionists, breakfast was ok.
dislike: often waited for long to be served breakfast & the service was poor in the dining area, moderately slippery bathroom floor, old Tv set with a broken remote control gadget

Thanks, Christine for the feedback. We are in the course of the year working to improve and refreshen Nightingale. We are now 60% with the smart TV's and hope to be fully done by August. I'm sorry about the slippery floor and slow service, we will keep working to improve our service.

I lost my clothes
Publié le 22 avr. 2017 sur Expediamy mum and i booked this property, we thought we had a wrong address since when we got to the gate, there was no security, we knocked for over 15 mins but someone at the reception eventually opened the gate. We went to the pool area and i forgot my h&m top, it disappeared, i reported to the manager when we were checking out, he called the lady at the pool and she said she never found it.. we were certain we left it there but we did not want to waste our time because we had a flight... despite informing him we had a missing item, he told us to call him incase we did not find it.. we asked for pork chops at the pool area, we did get pork but it was definitely not pork chops.. water at the pool was so salty... terrible experience.. do not leave your clothes anywhere

Apartement Hotel mit Frühstück.
Publié le 4 déc. 2016 sur HotelsDas Hotel hatte einen grossen Pool und der Taxi Service klappte tip-top.Die Hotel Managerin war jedoch nicht gerade die Freudlichkeit in Person,grüsste nie und lachte sehr selten.Das Restaurant Personal hingegen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
