Nous avons passé 8 jours dans l hôtel. Nous y étions comme a la maison. La chambre était très belle, spacieuse , bien propre . Les serviettes sont en suffisance, il y a des peignoirs , des serviettes de plage. Le personnel est extra . Une mention speciale pour Caroline et Patrick qui sont des personnes souriantes, gentilles , serviables, et qui ont fait de notre sejour un vrai plaisir . Le service de cuisine est délicieux, tous les plats sont frais, cuisinés sur le moment , et vraiment savoureux . Nous conseillerons avec grand plaisir votre etablissement . Nous sommes ravies d'avoir passé un excellent sejour avec vous tous . Merci ❤️ jessica et sabrina .

Établissement calme et bien entretenu. Il s'agit plus d'une maison d'hote où l'on se sent chez soi. Nous avons réservé le honeymoon penthouse. Il est identique aux photos et descriptions. Anne veille a l'intendance, elle est toujours disponible pour vous conseiller ees activités a faire, des endroits a visiter ainsi que pour échanger un moment sur les traditions locales. Le chef est au petit soin et concocte un menu sur mesure et a la demande. L'ensemble du personnel est attentionné.

I traveled to Kenya for the first time and as a solo female traveler. I was warmly welcomed. The whole staff was super friendly. I had a big room which was absolutely clean, and very good breakfast and dinner. I am looking forward to meet Caroline, Patrick, Juliet and all others again.

Lovely home away from home

Extremely well managed property. Clean, peaceful and secure. Good food, good location close to shopping, local bars and restaurants. Good value for money. Will definitely stay here again.

I would not recommend this place.

I do not appreciate being accused of doing something that I didn't do. Our taxi with told to stay until they checked the rooms. We thought we got along well with these people until it was time to leave. We were accused of stealing a washcloth, that's right or washcloth! My dad paid the owner 300 shillings for a used wash cloth that we did not steal. We had a train to catch and didn't have time to stand there and argue over a washcloth. The bartender and chef were awesome they did a fantastic job!

So sorry Nigel that you were not happy to have your room checked. Its normal practice. When something misses, we make mention. You were not accused, but the room steward has the responsibility to mention anything damaged or missing. It is unfortunate that you took it that way. We however appreciated your stay with us and wish you safe travels onwards.

Accused of stealing a freaking washcloth!!!!

When I booked I had to pay the total up front non refundable. When we arrived I was told by the lady at the front desk that she'd check and see whats owed, I told her I paid the total and I didnt owe anything so that was the end of that. The air condition did not work properly in the penthouse stayed the first night uncomfortably, was offered a free night and I can change to a lesser room, but the air did work in that room. Any time you leave the room you have to take the key card out of the slot when you remove it from the slot all the power cuts off in the room so every time you come back you have to cut the air on and wait till the room cools. The staff and food are awesome the food is a bit pricy but it is good. The cherry on top came when we were about to check out at 5:30 a.m. and the owner came down to greet us ( well thats what I thought anyway) but instead she held our taxi like we was in some kind of a communist compound, till she could have her staff member check the room. The staff member called down and said a washcloth was missing!!!! So she accused us of stealing a washcloth and for those of you wondering no we did not steal a washcloth! My lady friend I offered to let her check our bags but I said hell no we had to get to the train station to catch our train back to Nairobi. I told her I would pay for a washcloth, she was standing there when I open my wallet to bring the money out and I said how much is a washcloth she said how much do you have!!!!

We were happy to host you Joel, and its sad that the last day did not go so well with the missing towel. It is common practice to check rooms worldwide for damages and losses. Regarding the AC that did not work, we tried the best to give you a different room and a complimentary night for the inconvenience as we had to call our service provider to repair the said AC, to which you witnessed. We are sure you appreciated the extra night, which was a pleasure to give from our end. To save the environment and save the electricity bill, the room cards cut the power once you leave the room. Am sure you can appreciate that given the current climate change crisis worldwide. Again, we were happy to host you and enjoyed the great conversations that we had, and thanks for having chosen to stay with us.

The hotel is nicely located - calm and yet central. The building looks nice inside and out, the pool is awesome and the room was great beyond all expectations! The staff was always so very nice and helpful and I when I travel to Diana again I will most certainly stay at no other place than this one.
