The most beautiful place to stay in France!!
We have first visited this outstanding place back in 2016 as a couple, and this year we went back together with our son :)! It is way more beautiful than the pictures can capture it! It has luxury, privacy, comfort, convenience and security. And the best of all are the host, Yung and Bernard who are welcoming, kind, and hospitable! This is the only holiday place we have been twice and it will not be the last! :) S,F&A

Lovely retreat
The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind. The bungalow was at the top of the garden up some steep steps. I don't think you would manage if you had poor mobility. The bungalow was well equipped for making small meals although no oven to bake. We had some trouble with insects (centipedes) but think that they came inside due to bad weather. They didn't bother us. Sadly it rained quite a lot in our week so we did not use the pool, however it looked absolutely great and very clean. The location was good however we would prefer to be able to walk to local shops and restaurants but you don't know exactly the address until you book. Thank you Bernard and Yung for an enjoyable stay.

Stunning views in a quiet hillside neighborhood
The photos do not do justice to the stunning views this property affords. Bernard and Yung were wonderful hosts who helped with all of our questions and made check-in easy. The guest house was spotlessly clean and the kitchenette had enough equipment for us to make the occasional meal although there are many great restaurants nearby. We would stay again if the chance arises.

Perfect Location
This property is truly a gem. It's tucked away on a cliff over looking the beautiful French Riviera. The bungalow is the perfect size and has a clear view of the ocean. After our adventures site seeing we would be excited to come back to the place and enjoy the view or infinity pool. Bernard is very welcoming and will give you great suggestions of where to eat and what to do. This place is only a 10 minute drive to the center of Nice, Eze Village, 20 minutes from Monaco and about 35 minutes to Cannes. It's literally in the perfect location. We couldn't be happier with our stay and when we do return to the South of France we will definitely be staying again. Thanks for everything Bernard!!!

Fantastic little holiday cabin with amazing views and privacy. Really cleverly laid out little cabin with beautiful vaulted ceiling. Lovely infinity pool with amazing panoramic views. Bernard and Yung were great hosts too. Would definitely return.

Beautiful location, gorgeous pool, very peaceful.
We spent a beautiful week in the 'bungalow' property which shares a pool with a slightly larger (sleeps 3) villa on the same site. The bungalow is very private and has beautiful views of the Mediterranean directly from your bed! Be aware that the property is located high on the hillside, and is a five minute or so drive from Eze Bord-de-mer up a very steep and windy single-track road. This is the only aspect that detracts from the property, particularly since there are no shops/bakeries/restaurants within easy walking distance so you do need to drive everywhere. Would advise renting a small vehicle to negotiate the roads and the driveway.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful area
We had a fantastic 6 days in Eze, it was really simple and straightforward from booking to arrival to checking out. It’s a beautiful area and the accommodation was perfect for us, good to be able to chill in the pool and perfectly situated for adventures out. Beaulieu and Villefranche are 2 neighbouring towns which have great restaurants. Monaco and Nice are a 15 minute drive either way and a bit further out is Cannes. The train lines are a really good way to get about the Riviera if you don’t have a car. We would definitely return to the property and the area again! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property inside and out
This property is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. My husband and I stayed in the bungalow for 6 nights. The space was designed beautifully and efficiently with large glass windows providing a spectacular view of the sea. It is ideal for a couple. The bungalow is equipped with everything you need: coffee maker, hotplate, pots/pans, dishes and utensils, mini fridge, spices/sugar/tea, and more. Bath and beach/pool towels are provided as well as soaps, and basic toiletries. Bernard and his wife are caring and thoughtful hosts who give you as much as space as you want; our only regret was not spending more time with them. They make you feel at home and have set up their property to maximize your comfort; you can tell the hosts have put thought into this rental space. The pool is gorgeous and comes with your own set of lounge chairs with cushions for relaxing. Outside the bungalow there is a small table with two chairs overlooking the sea which provides a lovely spot for morning coffee or tea. The location is higher up on the hill which is why the view is so wonderful; a short hike down the pedestrian stairs ends at the train station where you are able to purchase a ticket to visit multiple villages/towns along the coast. It should be noted that the walk up and down is laborious, especially for older people. My husband and I typically trekked downhill and took a ride-share service back uphill; most people who stay here have a car. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and our time in Eze-sur-mer; we would not hesitant to rent this space again.

Beautiful Spot, Great Time
My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful week in the bungalow. The views from the bungalow are outstanding. We loved watching the yachts in the bay come and go each day. Good bed. Tiny kitchen with everything you need. The pool is wonderful. Well kept, with stunning views. Incredibly quiet and relaxing. Shared drinks one afternoon with the owners Bernard & Yung. Lovely people, wonderful hosts, very attentive. Will definitely come back to Eze.

Wunderschöner Holzbungalow mit tollem Blick, kleiner Kochnische und Bad. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe angelegt und der beheizbare Infinity- Pool mit dem einzigartigen Blick über die Bucht von Eze definitiv das Highlight! Yung und Bernard sind phantastische Gastgeber. Stets hilfsbereit haben sie uns mit sehr guten Tipps und tollen Empfehlungen toll unterstützt! Kleiner Bungalow in schönem Garten mit Wahnsinnsausblick, sauber, eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool ist groß und warm mit eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Kleiner, wenig besuchter Strand mit direkter Parkmöglichkeit in Eze.

Super location! Apartment komplett eingerichtet, Klimaanlage, WLAN. Und natürlich ein traumhafter Blick, ein genialer Infinitypool und die nettes Vermieter die wir je hatten. Bernard spricht fließend Deutsch und hat uns viele Tipps an der Cote d'Azur geben können. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Bernard und Yung sind super unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Der Bungalow bietet alles was man braucht. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Eze ist atemberaubend. Der Infiniti-Pool ist grandios. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos. Der Aufenthalt bei Bernard und Yung können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank euch beiden 🙏

Eine Traumhafte Umgebung und Aussicht
Das Objekt ist genauso wie wie angegeben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Tipps für Ausflüge gibt es oder auf Nachfrage von Ihnen. Es ist nicht weit nach Monaco oder Nizza und mit der Bahn super stressfrei zu erreichen.
