The attic apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. The apartment is very cool as it is exposed to the east and with double air intake.

A 2-minute walk is the sea (free beach with showers - supervised by the lifeguards during the months of July and August). The train station is 7 minutes away. The area is central so there are various commercial establishments.

FANTASTIC
The flat is centrally located, just behind the tourist information centre in Menton. The host, Alessandra, very friendly, supportive and helpful lady. The only drawback is that there is no lift in the building.. We had lovely time in Menton. Wish to visit again and stay at the same flat in near future.

Gorgeous beach apartment
We absolutely loved our stay. Alessandra was so kind and even has beautiful essential oils in her apartment! Awesome location and the apartment is very cozy. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone!

Adorable place, cozy and great location
Excellent for one person or a couple, the apartment is very cool and super cozy, kitchen and bathroom very nice for a small place and pretty spacious for a small spot as well. Alessandra is an excellent host! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Un gros soucis de propreté
Je me suis fier aux avis plus que positifs pour réserver et j'ai été très déçue. L'emplacement et le prix sont très bien,l'appartement est fidèle aux photos. En revanche, il y a de gros gros gros soucis de propreté. Poussière partout, tâches de gras sur les meubles de cuisine, vaisselle pas propre et les draps du lit plein de poils et de cheveux. Le nettoyage n'est visiblement pas fait entre les locataires, je trouve cela irrespectueux. Communication normale même si c'est la premier fois que mon hôte ne me donne pas un numéro de téléphone pour la joindre en cas d''urgence.Je ne recommande pas ce logement.En plus, il n' y a pas de volets aux fenêtres donc on est réveillés par le jour et il n'y a pas d'intimité.D'autant que lzs murs sont très fins donc vous verrez dans la chambre on entend plus que bien le voisin. de p

Tout était propre,mais pour nous,personnes de certain âge était difficile monter4 étages sans ascenseur,il faut remplacer le lit et literie.En rest ça va.
