Just okay

Upon arrival, I had to wait five minutes for someone to finish smoking their cigarette before they could check me in to my room. once I received my room key, I got on the extremely slow and very uneasy, feeling elevator to go to the second floor. The room key did not work when I got to my door. I had to make the slow trip back down one flight in the elevator when I asked the attendant to check my room key, she asked if I had put it next to my cell phone which I replied no, I held it in my hand from here to the room and it just doesn’t work. after getting my room, key re-coded it did work and I was able to get into the room, which was quite warm from the air, not being turned on. The overall cleanliness of the room was good.

We don’t understand for the low rated review seeing as though you did not stay at the hotel and were a “No-Show”. Guest has not even contacted the hotel whatsoever nor have we charged him. It was an Expedia reservation where Expedia charged you, not the hotel. So hotel is at no fault.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lacking food an hour before end time.
