Bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair all over the floor, no toilet paper holder, shower door would not stay put, they would roll back and they were not even clean!
Beds and pillows are rock hard.

When you first arrive at the hotel, it is very clean in the lobby and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, when you got off the one working elevator on the second floor, the carpet was badly stained and had a bad odor. Our room carpeting was okay and reasonably clean. The ice machine on the second floor was broke. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection to choose from. The dining area was very clean.

Disappointed in breakfast!
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsBreakfast was awful. They ran out of coffee. I was expecting a hot breakfast but apparently that’s only on weekdays, not weekends! Waffle batter machine didn’t work. No milk. I went to desk and asked for more coffee. She did come and check the supplies but NO HOT BREAKFAST!
