The place you stay can do so much more than assure a solid night's rest, Ski Town Condos are the preferred lodging choice for Salida and Monarch Colorado!

Make yourself at home - feels plenty rustic with all the modern amenities you could ever need. Snooze in a charming log bed, soak in the bubbles of the hot tub, read a book on the stone patio, upload pictures from a scenic hike using your access to Starlink wireless internet. With all this and the luxury of a full kitchen, you might just be tempted not to fly far from home base.

Their are some serious perks should you'd rather flit around the mountainside - Monarch is the ideal jump-off point for a journey down the Arkansas River, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, jeeping, ATV tours, skiing, snowshoe, x-country ski, snowmobiling, and so much more.

As you make your plans, remember we are a non-smoking, non-pet, four-plex condo. Your host lives on site and rents out the three additional units. The patio, deck and hot tub are shared by all 3 condos.

Starlink: Wi-Fi at Ski Town Condos for streaming, internet, and making phone calls. The code is in the book on the kitchen table.

Roku TV: Watch free Roku movies and TV or use your own streaming subscriptions. All of your info will be removed at checkout. DVD player in each condo.

Due to winter weather & road conditions we recommend to be prepared with 4-wheel drive with snow tires or chains! County Roads 227 & 229 are maintained by the county one time a day during the snow months.
Colorado has a traction law: An active Traction Law requires motorists to have either snow tires, tires with the mud/snow (M+S) designation, or a four-wheel/all-wheel-drive vehicle. All tires must now have a minimum of three-sixteenths inch tread.

Policies:
- Check-in 3:00 p.m. or later. Go straight to Condo & punch in the last 4 digits of your phone number. Maximum 5 guests. Rates are based on 4 occupants per unit. Additional occupancy is $15 per person up to a maximum of five per unit, including children.
- Check-out 10:00 a.m. -LATE CHECK-OUTS WILL BE CHARGED $100
- NO PETS, NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - Thank You! $250 fine.
- Parking is limited to two vehicles per condo. No room for trailers.
- Please respect the noise level for all guests to enjoy their visit.
- The facilities are for the guests of the condos only, sorry no visitors.
- Hot tub open 8am - 10pm; shared by all 3 condos.
- Housekeeping is the responsibility of our guests.
- Kitchen: Wash dishes and wipe down the counters, table & sink.
- Bed Sheets: Remove all used bed sheets & place in laundry room.
- Towels: Place all used towels & bath mat in the laundry room.
- Please start a load of towels when you leave.
- Trash: Remove all trash & place in trash bins next to the gazebo. Trash key is next to door.
- Floors: Sweep the kitchen, entry way, laundry room, & bathroom.
- Windows: Crack open all windows 3 inches when you check-out.
- Thermostats: Place all thermostats at 55 in winter & off in summer.
- Hot tub key and Trash Key: Leave keys on the hall tree hooks next to door & press the lock key.
- Left over food: If you have any left over food that you would like to leave, I will give it to individuals that will appreciate your kindness.
