The front desk clerk is extremely rude, very aggressive and ignorant. He assumed I couldn’t pay for my room. After my reservation is over I will be finding another hotel in the area to finish out my stay for work. This is very unacceptable and a disgrace to the business

You are staying with us since last five or more days and there was no issues but today you didn't paid for your extended stay and frontdesk was not aware about your concern. He called you and your stuff was in the room. Front desk has instructed to make room vacant and clean if guest is not paid. He is doing his duty even though We value the opinions of our guests and evaluate each message, suggestion, and comment to find out how we can better improve our service to you.
